1.Call Meeting to Order, Establish a Quorum (Roll Call), Invocation.
John Payne called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2.CITIZEN INPUT:
No citizens came forward to speak.
3.CONSENT AGENDA:
Carrie Bilyeu makes a motion to accept the consent agenda as presented. Eddie Piercy seconded
the motion. Motion passes with a 50 vote.

Economic Development Director Shani Bradshaw goes over the Directors report with the board.
She explains that Lane Ranch is talking with the City to start back up. This is looking to be 900 new
Homes.
Sanger Circle phase 6 is going to be about 182 new homes. Stephen Towne Crossing is going to be
around 1900 new homes.
Pepper Belly BBQ celebrated the 8 year anniversary.
Tart and Treat moved into K's Gourmet to provide treats.
