1. Call Meeting to Order.
Don Gillum called the meeting to order at 1:05PM.
2. Executive Session: Closed Meeting.
The Board met in Executive Session to discuss deliberations regarding real property at 103 Bolivar Street.
3. Reconvene: Open Meeting.
Action taken from Executive Session: Elizabeth Springer made a motion to approve the 103 Bolivar Street sale of
the property. John Jacobs seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.
4. Approve Minutes: November 29, 2016
Minutes approved unanimously after a motion to approve by Elizabeth Springer and a second by John Jacobs.
5. Review Financials.

Elizabeth Springer made a motion to adjourn the meeting with a second from Fred Yeatts. The motion passed
