1.Call Meeting to Order, Establish a Quorum (Roll Call), Invocation.
Sue Allison calls the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.
2.CITIZEN INPUT:
No Citizens came forward to speak.
REGULAR AGENDA
3.Wastewater Improvements To Areas Along The East Side Of FM 455
Consider, discuss and possibly act on approving financing for wastewater improvements to areas
along the east side of FM 455 to promote, develop or expand business enterprises.
Director of Economic Development Shani Bradshaw gives a brief update. She explains the the
Director of Public Works Jim Bolz is here to explain what is needed.
Director of Public Works Jim Bolz gives a break down of the waste water pipe. He explains to the
board that there is a need for a new pipe on the property between 8th and 10th street. He states it
will be helpful for current and future commercial development in the area. He explains that is would
cost around $30,000.
There is a discussion between the board members.
Drew Hall makes a motion to approve. Nancy seconded the motion. Motion passes unanimously
with a 50 vote.

4.Fiscal Year 20202021 Budget Amendment
Discuss, consider and act on amending the FY 20202021 budget in the amount of $30,000
for wastewater improvements to areas along the east side of FM 455 to promote, develop or
expand business enterprises.
Director of Economic Development Shani Bradshaw explains this is to amend the current budget to
be able to pay for the wastewater improvements.
Sue Allison makes a motion to amend the budget for the fiscal year of 202021 in the amount of
$30,000 for wastewater improvements to areas along the south side of FM 455 between 8th and
10th street, to promote, develop, or expand business enterprises.
Chris Kundrock seconded the motion. Motion passes unanimously with a 50 vote.
