4.Sanger Industrial Development Corporation Bylaws
Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on Passing a Resolution to Amend the 4A Industrial
Development Corporation Bylaws
Victor Gann makes a motion to approve. Seconded by Drew Hall. Motion passes unanimously.
5.Warehouse Update
Shani speaks briefly about Blue Diamond. Elizabeth Springer would like more estimates on fixing
the roof.
Victor Gann asks about selling or demo of the warehouse.

Elizabeth Springer brings up that back in the day there was a ROW that went to FM455. She
would like to know if it is still there.
Shani asks about maybe selling the warehouse to 4B or the City of Sanger. Table any decision until
further time.
6.CityWide Comprehensive Plan Update
Shani gives an update of the Comp Plan. She goes over the RFQ and the due dates for
applications.
7.Review Financial Reports
Shani goes over the financial report with the board
