A motion was made by Elizabeth Springer to Accept minutes. The motion was seconed by Victor
Gann. The motion Approve with a 40 vote
2.Discuss Blue Diamond LLC
Presentation by Albert Berry with Blue Diamond Industries, LLC
Shani stands to speak briefly about the presentation on Blue Diamond, They are wanting the
Warehouse Building.
3.Executive Session
Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, the Sanger Industrial Development Corporation
Board Will Meet in a Closed Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code:
Section 551.072 – Deliberations Regarding Real Property (103 Bolivar St.).

Springer makes a motion to pursue a possible lease aggreement between 4A and Blue Diamond
Industries LLC. The 4A Board request that Bue Diamond LLC provide the 4A Board with 2 year
financial reports and a cost breakdown on the potential improvements to the building at 103 Bolivar
with the pavin of the parking lot to the West of the Warehouse.
Yeatts seconded the motion.
Motion passes unanimously.
