The City Council met in regular session on the
abouve date® Those present were, Mayor H B Bailey,
H D Cooper, E M Acker, C R Chapman and J P Hampton®
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
accepted by the Council®
The motion was made by Chapman that a notice be sent
to all persons who owes past due light and water f
bills and if not paid within five days to cut them
of fe It was second by Cooper® Motion carried. Forms
are to be made to notify these people.
The motion was made by Cooper that we send $300®00 a
month to Mercantile Nat'l Bank in Dallas to cover
pay«.ents on bonds due® Acker seconed the motion
Motion carried® This is to paid out of Sanger or
Valley View either one.
It was agreed to fix Najor Moore with a Larger tran-
sformer, also to fix Virgil Wards lights and fix
Jack Perry lights.
With no more buisness to attend to, Henry Cooper made
the motion to adjurn® Acker seconed it, Motion carried

J P Hampton and Roy Spratt®.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
accepted by the Council® The monthly bills were read
and Spratt made a motion to pay all bills® Cooper
second it, motion carried®.
The motion was made by Spratt, that the City Sec.,
B J Ready, be pu'c under Bond.Hamp on second the
motion, motion carried® Motion was made by ,Spratt that
the City Pays for the Bond and second by _Iamp)tone Motion
carried_. It was agreed. onto write the Huffing Co. in
Dallas about getting the Books Audited and having a New
Cenral Ledf er set up.
King was to see Oscar about the size of water line to
Kimbell Gin® Zt was agreed to f3,x Harvey Howard water
line this week. Also, to order Two rolls of ff o Wire for
Valley View Line
