A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANGER SETTING A DATE FORA PUBLIC
HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES
WHEREAS, The City has prepared land use assumptions and capital improvements plans
related to the possible adoption of impact fees, AND
WHEREAS, the City will conducted a public hearing concerning these items prior to taking
action on them;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANGER, TEXAS:
Section 1: The City of Sanger has designated the Planning &Zoning Commission to serve as
the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee and scheduled a public hearing for Monday,
September 14, 2015 to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under
which an impact fee may be imposed. This hearing will be held at the Meeting Room of the
Public Works Development Services Building, 201 Bolivar Street, at 7:00 PM. The city shall
publish notice of this hearing not less than thirty (30) days prior to the hearing in the official
newspaper. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present
evidence for or against the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan.
Section 2: That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Sanger,
Texas on this the 3rd day of August, 2015.
