A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGER,
TEXAS, NOMINATING STEVE WSSIV ^ FOR BOARD MEMBER OF THE
)ENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Sanger has joined in the formation of a Denton Central
Appraisal District; and
WHEREAS, the Denton County Chief Appraiser has notified each taxing entity
that voting is in order for filling a vacancy on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Denton County Chief Appraiser has notified the City of Sanger
it's voting entitlement of ten (10) votes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
BANGER, TEXAS:

That the City Council of City of Sanger voted unanimously for Steve Mossman to serve
as a Board Member of the Denton Central Appraisal District.
