A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND
SETTING THE DATE , TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
THE SYSTEMWIDE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
PLAN FOR THE DESIGNATED WATER AND WASTEWATER SERVICE AREAS
UNDER WHICH AN IMPACT FEE MAY BE IMPOSED FOR THE CITY OF SANGER,
PER LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, CHAPTER 395.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sanger desires to provide adequate water
and wastewater systems to accommodate future growth; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to meet the requirements of the Local Government Code,
Chapter 395; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interest of the City of Sanger to solicit public
participation and input into the decision making process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Sanger,
Texas, as follows:
SECTION 1. That a public hearing is hereby authorized to be held on Thursday,
February 12, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanger City Council Chambers, 201 Bolivar, Sanger,
Texas, to consider systemwide land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan for the
designated water and wastewater service areas under which an impact fee may be imposed for
the City of Sanger, per Local Government Code, Chapter 395.
