A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AND SOFT COST PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE HOME
INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (HOME) FOR THE PROGRAM YEARS 2002, 2003 AND 2004 AND
CONTINGENT UPON THE RECEIPT OF A HOME GRANT FOR THE PROGRAM YEARS 2002, 2003 AND 2004M
WHEREAS, it is necessary and prudent to initiate the implementation process at the earliest possible date;
WHEREAS, a significant amount of time can be saved by completing the procedures for hiring professional
services for the HOME Program at the earliest possible time; and
WHEREAS, the Request for Proposals procedures for administrative and soft cost management services will be
valid for Program Years 2002, 2003 and 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That GrantWorks. Inc. be awarded a contract to provide HOME Program related administration
services and soft cost project management services for HOME Program Years 2002, 2003 and 2004 grant(s);
Section 2. That any and all contracts for commitments made with the above -named service provider are fully
dependent on the actual award and receipt of a HOME Program grant for Program Years 2002, 2003 or 2004.
