A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLICIES PERTAINING TO THE PROVISION OF
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS FOR THE REHABILITATION OR
RECONSTRUCTION OF SUBSTANDARD DWELLINGS UNDER THE CITY OF SANGER
ALLOCATION OF 2002 AND/OR 2003 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT (HOME)
PROGRAM FUNDS FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
AFFAIRS,
BE IT RESOLVED that the attached HOME Program statements, titled Program Policies
and Procedures, Affirmative Marketing Policy, and Texas Minimum Construction Standards, and
Construction Specification Manual shall be established as the official policies of the City of
Sanger and shall guide the implementation of housing assistance activities of the City of .Sanger
HOME Program until such time as they may be amended or deleted by the City Council.
