Workshop
fihis workshop is scheduled to present financing options to proceed with
the Capital Improvements Program.
By Tuesday, staff will have more information on any options from both
Southwest Securites on the Certificate of Obligation Issue and GNB-Sanger
on a short-term finance plan for the three projects identified for this
summer.
The enclosed memo indicates the Library Project was not funded.
