A RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN ANNEXATION PLAN FOR TIC CITY OF SANGER.
VRI AS, Senate Bi1189, Section 17 (b), and in compliance with state law, requires each City to adopt
an annexation plan that describes territory that the city plans to annex within the next three (3) years,
WHEREAS, the annexation act exempts certain territory from an annexation plan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER,
TEXAS, that:
The City of Sanger does not intend to annex any territory that is required to be in an annexation
pIan,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 20t" day of September, 1999.
