RESOLUTION #R01-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGER,
DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of Sanger has contracted to have Willow Street
reconstructed and
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company will need to
reconstruct and relocate crossing arms for a single track railroad crossing
on Willow Street
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT REBOLVED, that the City of Banger submits a sum
not to exceed $30,989.00 which equals the estimated cost of the project as
defined by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Company.
