13-95-Resolution-Approving Denco Area 911 Financial Plan-09/25/1995A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1996 FINANCIAL PLAN OF THE
DENCO AREA 944 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS HEALTH AND SAFETY
CODE, CHAPTER 772, AS AMENDED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Sanger has been presented the Fiscal Year 1996
Financial Plan of the Denco Area 944 District for approval in accordance with Section 772,309
Texas Health and Safety Code, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS HEREBY
RESOLVES:
SECTION I. That the City of Sanger hereby approves the financial plan.
SECTION II. That this resolution sha11 become effective immediately from and after its
passage.
