A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGER,
DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, OPPOSING ANY CHANGE IN THE
CURRENT BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE COUNTIES OF DENTON
AND TARRANT,
WHEREAS, the City of Sanger is an incorporated carnrnunity in Benton
"CoViint and
WHEREAS, it is the apinian of the City Council of the City of Sanger that no
change in the existing boundary line dividing Denton County and
Tarrant County is necessary or required,
BE IT NOW RISOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY C►�' BANGER,
DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS:
1). That the City of Sanger is opposed to any change in the current,
existing boundary line between the Counties of Denton and
Tarrant.
2). That the limited funds available to any and all gotrernnnental
entities involved could be put to more productive uses than
unnecessary legal disputes.
