RESOLUTION #R2-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANGER, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes and acknowledges Denton County's
financial commitment by means of bond proceeds to improve Keeton
Road within the corporate city limits of Sanger, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the citizens of Sanger to accept and
comply with the conditions of Denton County Commissioner's Court
Order #0002M2-92, specifying the terms and conditions to
complete the needed improvements on Keeton Road, and
WHEREAS, the City of Sanger uTill instruct its consulting engineers to
design the road improvements and with the approval and consent of
Denton County will bid and cause to be completed any mutually
agreeable improvements to Keeton Road within the fund allowance
provided by Denton County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City. Council of the City of
Sanger will cause to be designed, bid, constructed and completed
improvements to Keeton Road by means of bond proceeds provided by
Denton County through Commissioner's Court Order #00028-02-92.
PASSED AND RESOLVED this 2nd day of March, 1992, by the City Council of
the City of Sanger, Denton County, Texas.
