A RESOLUTION ArrAUVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1993 rINANCIAL PLAN OF THE
DENCO AREA 944 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 1432e V.A.T.S.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Sander has been
presented the Fiscal Year 1993 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 94-1 District for
approval, in accordance with article 1432e, section 7(D), VATS., as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sanger
TEXAS HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION L That the, City of Sanger hereby approves the
financial plan.
SECTION II. That this resolution shall become effective immediately from and
after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of August ,1992.
