WHEREAS, under state law, the Mayor is the legal
assignee for the city.
WHEREAS, the Sanger Bank of Sanger has requested
a resolution authorizing the person to sign loans for
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Sanger hereby informs the Sanger Bank that
the Mayor of the City of Sanger will sign all future loans
for the City of Sanger when so directed by the majority
vote of the City Council.
