A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF MANAGERS OF
THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Article 1432e, V.A. C.S. provides that two voting
members of the Board of Managers of an Emergency Communication
District shall be appointed jointly by all cities and towns lying
wholly or partly with the. District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Sanger wishes to make
such appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITh RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANGER
