ROBER C BATIS TO CONVEY FOUR LOTS BLOCK 6, ORIGINAL TOWN OF SANGER

A motion was made by C. R. Chapman that the City of Sanger accept the offer
made by Robert C. Batis to convey to the City of Banger, four () Lots, same
being 1 to 4 inclusive, of Blk 6 of the Original Town of Sanger, Tex. Denton
Co., was ilA owned by Jl W. Scoggins, but have been purchased by Robert C. Batis
for convance to the Oi#y of Sanger in exchange for coneyance of the City of
Sanger to Robert C. Batis of three (3) Lots, the same being hots $®7®8 of
Blk 6 of the Org nal Town of Banger and that the Mayor and City Secreatary
of the City of Sanger be authorized to exemiteLfthe deed, tars;saidothree 11,otstS
above d scribed tot said Robert C. Buis and that the Secretary be
author,w7,ed to deliver said deed to 3 lots to Robert C. Batis, upon delivery
by Rob.ert..Batis' of a deed of conveyance to the above mentioned four Lots.
Acker seconed the motion. Motion carried.
With no fauther businedq to attend to Cooper made a motion to adjurn.
