April 20, 1953 The C3_ty Counca met in regular session on the above date. Those present were Mayor Bailey, Councilmen Acker, Spratt, Johnson, Perry and Cooper® The minute of the previous meeting were read and accepted. The votes from the previous elect:i_on were counted and checked by .Acker and Johnson. Nr Acker made a motion to accept the report from. the T,lectMDn Judge as being true and correct. Johnson seconed the motion. :'lotion carried. YMMY Cowper made a motion to raise Cscar Vaughan and J P Hamptons salary l0®©0 per month. Perry seconed the motion. Motion carried* no more business to attend to Acker made a motion to adjurn. 'Spratt seconed it. J'lotio carried. 4 A The City Council met in regular session on the above date. Those present were `.
