City Council met in regular session on the above date. Those present
were Mayor Baa.ley, Councilmen Spratt, Cooper, 1lcker, Perry and Johnson..
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. A letter was read
read by the Sec. from Swift & Co Oil Mill zt Ft. Worth, in regards to the
50 H P Engine they have installed in their Gin at Valley View, Texas.
Johnson made a motion to start work immedi_atl r on the little 61ty well to r;et
i_t i_n share to pump water this slammez . Spratt su.gg•usted that the wel_1 be raised
about 5 aft. and a new foundation be built under i.t. .Acker second.d, the motion.
Motion carried. Johnson.inad;e a motion. to move Frank Guyers sewer line to a
lower point on the i ain line and get it out of the m.an®hole® Acker seconed the
motion. Motion carried. With no more business to attend to, Acker made a motion
to adjurn. Cooper seconed It. Motion. carried.
