DISCUSSION WAS GIVEN ON THE POSSIBILITIES OF
FURNISHING BOLIVAR OIL FIELD WITH ELECTRICITY.
THE COUNCIL DECIDED NOT TO GO INTO THIS
PROJECT AT THE PRESENT TIME.

the new City well that has been dug. The price of the pump
